Peter Siddle is set to play his first match for Australia in nine months after being named in the squad for Sunday’s Twenty20 against Sri Lanka at the WACA. The wicketkeeper Brad Haddin will also make his comeback after a long injury lay-off and will replace Tim Paine, while Michael Hussey and Mitchell Johnson have been rested.The 12-man squad for the first international of the home summer is made up entirely of Victoria and New South Wales players and features the spinner Steve O’Keefe, who made his debut for Australia in England in July. – Tenho pra mim que o que se faz nos treinos, se faz nos jogos. Precisa apresentar sempre alta performance, mas tinha segurança porque as semanas de trabalho têm sido muito boas. Ao lado dos outros goleiros, do nosso preparador, somos todos muito parceiros e trabalhamos pelo sucesso de cada um – completou.
